Er, I just measured, and I LOST 4.75 INCHES! Most noticeably in waist, abdomen, one thigh and the other calf. Is it unusual to see results on opposite legs like that? At any rate, thanks again for encouraging us to whittle ourselves away in small increments of time! And, yes, my husband was huffing a bit after keeping up with one set. But he can still beat me at chucking hay bales, cutting firewood, and one-handed baby holding. )
